Reliability first
Software you can lean on during your busiest day. If it isn't dependable, it isn't done.
ShopFlow didn't come out of a boardroom. It came off a workbench in Bogart, Georgia.
ShopFlow is built by BrownCo Power Solutions LLC — a family-owned small engine repair operation run out of Bogart, Georgia. The founder, Dylan Brown, is a full-time field technician with more than a decade in heavy equipment who repairs mowers and small engines on the side and is growing it into the family's main business.
Like a lot of shop owners, he ran the business on notebooks, spreadsheets and memory — and watched tickets get lost, labor go un-billed and tax time turn into a shoebox scramble. The off-the-shelf software was either built for auto dealerships and priced like it, or too flimsy to trust.
So he built the tool he actually needed: fast enough to use between jobs, tough enough for a tablet at the bench, and priced so a one-person shop could afford it. That tool became ShopFlow.

Clear pricing, no lock-in, no gimmicks. The same neighborly way we treat repair customers.
Built by a family in Georgia trying to make our own shop the full-time job — and help yours run better too.
